Through August 2009 School Year

– Full day (7 AM - 6:00 PM); Half day (7 AM - 12:30 PM or 1 PM - 6:00 PM)
– Three day programs
– Non-refundable first week's tuition, non-refundable registration fee of $130.00,
plus final week’s tuition due upon enrollment to be applied towards the last week of
enrollment (see Tuition Agreement for details)
– Tuition is due on Monday of each week, or the first day of each month (monthly billing)
($20 per week late payment fee for tuition received after 6:00 PM Tuesday)
– Second child (Full time) receives $10 weekly discount
– Part-time programs have limited availability.

Infants - 6 weeks to 1 year
5 Full Days - $240 per week $990 per month

Wobblers - 1 year to 2 years
5 Full Days - $210 per week $860 per month
3 Full Days - $180 per week $740 per month
5 Half Days - $180 per week $740 per month

Toddlers - 2 year to 3 years
5 Full Days - $190 per week $780 per month
3 Full Days - $160 per week $660 per month
5 Half Days - $160 per week $660 per month

Wobbler and Toddler transitioning occurs on a space available basis.

Preschool - 3 to 4 years DOB from September 2, 2004 - September 1, 2005
5 Full Days - $180 per week $740 per month
3 Full Days - $150 per week $620 per month
5 Half Days - $150 per week $620 per month

Pre-Kindergarten - 4 to 5 years DOB from September 2, 2003 - September 1, 2004
5 Full Days - $180 per week $740 per month
3 Full Days - $150 per week $620 per month
5 Half Days - $150 per week $620 per month

Voluntary Pre-K (VPK) - 4 to 5 years DOB from September 2, 2003 - September 1, 2004
5 Full Days - $140 per week $580 per month
5 Half Days - $115 per week $480 per month
3 Hour program only (Hours – TBA/pace limited) No Charge

Preschool/Pre-K transitioning occurs on a space available basis.

After School Care - 5 to 10 years
$ 65 per week $260 per month

Camp Days - $ 20 per day
Early Release Day – $ 10 per day

Parent's Night Out - 1 to 10 years
Saturday evening program (6 PM - 11 PM)
$ 30 per evening $15 per each additional sibling

Drop-In Care - (Students not enrolled-Preschool, Pre-K, Afterschool ONLY)
Pre-arranged on a space available basis only:
$ 25 registration $ 50 per day (Preschool, Pre-K) $ 30 per day (Afterschool)

There will be an annual cost of living increase in tuition August 2009.

Infant Deposit Agreement

Through August 2009 School Year

Please read and initial in the space provided your acceptance of the Creative Child Learning Center infant room deposit agreement.

A $130.00 registration fee and one month infant room tuition will be due at the time of registration. The non-refundable $130.00 registration fee includes processing of the application, insurance, educational materials, and supplies. The non-refundable one-month infant tuition will be applied to your child's first month of attendance _________ .

You must be prepared to begin enrollment on your agreed upon start date. Your initial day of enrollment may not be changed. If you change the agreed upon initial day of enrollment you will forfeit your non-refundable $130.00 registration fee, and one month infant tuition _________ .

Children age one year and walking will move to the Wobbler Program as space becomes available. At that time a one week deposit equal to one week’s tuition will be due and held per the tuition agreement _________ .
